At Moya Cole Hospice (formerly St Ann's), we are dedicated to providing specialist, person-centred care for people impacted by life-limiting illnesses. Our expert teams support patients, families, and loved ones across Greater Manchester, offering inpatient care at our hospices in Heald Green and Little Hulton, as well as Hospice@Home and community-based services.

We believe in caring for the whole person, tailoring our support to meet individual physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Whether managing symptoms to enhance quality of life or providing comfort and dignity at the end of life, our focus is on what matters most to each patient. We also offer bereavement and emotional support to families, ensuring no one faces this journey alone.

As a charity, all our services are free of charge, made possible by the generosity of our supporters. Through collaboration with local healthcare partners, we strive to deliver the highest quality palliative and end-of-life care. At St Ann’s, we’re here to make every moment count, ensuring those we care for can live well for as long as possible.
