George Eliot Hospital Charity provides support to enhance care and wellbeing for staff, patients and their families by funding innovative equipment and improving experiences across the George Eliot Hospital Trust. 

At the heart of our work is a belief in kindness, generosity and collective effort.  By building meaningful partnerships, we extend our reach and increase our capacity to fund life-changing initiatives that bring comfort, care and hope — from vital medical equipment to projects that support wellbeing at every stage of the care journey. Every act of giving has the power to create something special. Health inequality remains a significant challenge across our local communities.

Charitable funding allows us to go beyond statutory services, helping us remove barriers so more staff, patients and their families can benefit from enhanced care and support.
