Cocoon - Care After Care provides vital support to care-experienced young adults (18-25) in the London Boroughs of Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow to improve their current circumstances and future opportunities. 
 
We focus on helping care leavers set up their home with essentials from furniture to flooring, support their goals aspirations and ensure they have access to what the need to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
