Zambia is a country of young people - 65% of the population is under 25. They are full of energy and ambition, but for many the reality is tough. Without the right skills or opportunities, finding stable work is a huge challenge.
Build It equips young people with practical construction and life skills that open doors to employment in Zambia’s growing construction sector. Skills that help them build lasting careers, support their families and strengthen their communities.
We also construct essential community buildings such as schools and health centres. These projects create lasting benefits for communities while giving our young trainees valuable hands-on experience.
