Zambia is a country of young people - 65% of the population is under 25. They are full of energy and ambition, but for many the reality is tough. Without the right skills or opportunities, finding stable work is a huge challenge.

Build It works alongside these young people, equipping them with construction and life skills that open doors to employment in Zambia’s growing built environment. These are skills that last a lifetime, skills that put them in demand and help them support their families.

At the same time, Build It constructs essential community buildings such as schools and health centres. These projects create lasting benefits for communities while giving trainees valuable hands-on experience.
