Age Connects Cardiff and the Vale

The impact of isolation and loneliness can have a devastating effect on health and wellbeing. Sadly, far too many older people living in our communities know just how this feels. Last year alone Age Connects supported over 6000 people throughout Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Our small staff team and volunteers are committed to making life a little easier, especially for those who are most isolated, vulnerable and facing the uncertainties that old age often brings without family or friends to help.
